Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Our return policy gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy to facilitate the return process.

Please note that returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and making things right for you.

Returns for coffee purchases are not accepted for credit or refund. However, if there's physical damage to the package or if you have concerns about its safety, you may exchange bags of coffee for the same roast. Apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement.

Please remember that certain items are non-returnable, including coffee, sale items, and gift cards.

For exchanges, the quickest solution is to return the item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.

Refunds will be processed once we've received and inspected your return. You'll be notified of the approval status, and if approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
