Shipping:
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours from the time of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes between 2-6 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Returns:
Coffee purchases are non-refundable. However, if your coffee package arrives damaged or you have concerns about its safety, you may return it for an exchange of the same roast or a roast of equal or lesser value. Apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. For further assistance, please contact us at info@defendercoffee.com.

Please note that our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Some items, such as gift cards, are non-returnable.

Important:
Many of our apparel and accessory items are print on demand and are shipped from our fulfillment centers in California or North Carolina. Fulfillment processing time typically takes 5-10 business days. Orders with print on demand items may be shipped in multiple boxes.
