Our shipping department is open Monday thru Friday. We normally ship within 24 hours from the time your order was placed.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 6 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same roast (or a roast of equal or lesser value). Apparel and gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Many of our apparel and accessory items are print on demand. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Los Angeles California or North Carolina.
