Returns:
Coffee purchases are non-refundable. However, if your coffee package arrives damaged or you have concerns about its safety, you may return it for an exchange of the same roast or a roast of equal or lesser value. Please note that our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Some items, such as gift cards, are non-returnable.
